Andrea works with passion and sparks that same passion in others. She has over 10 years of supply chain experience in a multinational corporation with an extensive background in supplier diversity, supply chain process optimization and business transformation.

Andrea possesses a pronounced analytical conceptual as well as pragmatic ability to provide you with suitable ideas and solutions. An excellent knowledge of her field of expertise including working in an agile environment, project management skills, and her understanding of design thinking techniques, enables her to develop well-founded assessments and solutions customized for your needs.

She has successfully managed and developed the Supplier Diversity Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Program in an international corporation for many years. She has been driving the leadership, planning, organization, and implementation of the corporate commitment to Supplier Diversity in EMEA. She developed and executed an outreach strategy to build extensive diverse supplier relationships and create internal and external networking opportunities to connect diverse suppliers with business opportunities.

Her strong leadership and management skills as well as her willingness to challenge established purchasing processes, has gained her recognition and credibility in the industry.

Additionally, she has led the Tier 2 Global Initiative for which she successfully implemented a new reporting solution and ensured timely and accurate reporting.

Andrea is an advocate for the growth of the diverse supplier base. She has spoken as panelist, or moderator at over 50 events, trade shows, and conferences.

To support diverse owned businesses, Andrea has build a program to connect diverse suppliers with mentorships, trainings, and business development.

For her exceptional contribution in supplier diversity, Andrea received the ”Outstanding Diversity Commitment Award” from Women in IT at the IT Female Awards in 2019.
